4000 CEC Candidates Invited in the New Express Entry Draw of 2026

On March 3, 2026, another Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw under the Express Entry system was held by IRCC. 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence were issued in the draw. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score for this round was 508, and the candidates should have created the Express Entry profile before 10:35 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), on June 24, 2025.

Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates in 2026 have received a greater number of invitations than any other selection group. This latest draw is the twelfth Express Entry selection of 2026 and the fourth CEC draw.

In total, 44,189 ITAs have been sent so far across multiple draws in 2026. The different draws held in 2026 include:

• Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
• French-Language Proficiency
• Healthcare And Social Services
• Physicians With Canadian Work Experience, And
• Canadian Experience Class

The majority of the invitations sent are for candidates already living and working in Canada, especially those with provincial nominations. This reflects the importance the government gives to transitioning temporary residents to permanent status.
