Canada has issued 2,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence in its latest Express Entry draw, giving skilled workers with Canadian experiences another opportunity to immigrate.
The draw, conducted on September 15, 2026 specifically targeted candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 519 to receive an invitation. Their Express Entry profiles also had to be created before 12:16 a.m. UTC on March 26, 2026.
This is Canada’s 16th Canadian Experience Class draw of 2026. With this latest round, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada have issued 51,250 CEC invitations so far this year. In 2026 so far Canada has conducted 55 Express Entry draws issuing 128,732 invitations across various immigration categories.
