Prince Edward Island has invited 181 candidates to apply for provincial nomination in its latest immigration draw. The August 20, 2026 draw focused on workers in priority occupations and sectors that are important to the province’s labour market.
With this draw PEI’s total number of invitations issued in 2026 is 1,034 across eight draws. The province continues to use its Provincial Nominee Program to attract skilled workers and international graduates who can help meet workforce demands.
Candidates who receive a provincial nomination may be able to use it to support their application for Canadian permanent residence, provided they meet the applicable federal requirements.
