In the 3rd July 2026 immigration draw, Quebec has issued 501 invitations for permanent selection under its Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ). The invitations were issued through the Arrima portal across all four PSTQ streams.
The largest number of invitations, 289, was received by the candidates in Stream 2: Intermediate and manual skills. Stream 3, for candidates in regulated professions, received 131 invitations. Stream 1 for highly qualified and specialized workers received 74 invitations. The remaining seven invitations were issued through the Stream 4, which is for individuals with exceptional talent in fields such as research, arts, sports, and strategic economic sectors.
Candidates who met stream-specific requirements, including minimum Arrima scores, relevant work experience, and occupations aligned with Quebec’s priority sectors, qualified for the draw. The majority of the selected applicants were already living and working in the province.
This is Quebec’s sixth PSTQ invitation round of 2026 and the smallest draw conducted so far this year, highlighting the province’s increasingly targeted approach to selecting skilled immigrants while supporting key industries facing labour shortages.
