IRCC has issued 955 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence in the recent Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Express Entry draw held on 22 June 2026. Candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 730 and those who had submitted their Express Entry profile before 1:02 a.m. UTC on 9 March 2026, qualified for the draw.
This is the first PNP-specific Express Entry draw since May. The previous draw was held on May 25, and 334 invitations were sent and the draw had a significantly higher CRS cut-off of 805. In this draw, there is an increase in invitations and also the CRS cut-off is lower than in the previous draw, thereby offering improved opportunities for provincial nominees.
Candidates who receive a provincial nomination are awarded an additional 600 CRS points. This increases their chances of receiving an invitation through Express Entry. The draw is part of Canada's ongoing Express Entry immigration system, which includes Provincial Nominee Program invitations to help address labour market needs.
