ALBERTA EXPRESS ENTRY STREAM
Launched in June 2018, the Alberta Express Entry stream targets candidates who are already there in the Canada Express Entry pool. The most important prerequisite to qualify under this stream is to have an active Express Entry profile.
Alberta Opportunity stream
The Alberta Opportunity Stream was also launched in June 2018. Under the stream, foreign nationals who are already working in Alberta and who have a full-time job offer from their current Alberta employer to continue working there can apply for provincial nomination. You must be working in Canada at the time of applying for provincial nomination under the stream.
Self-employed Farmer Stream
You can apply under this stream if you have the financial capacity and experience in farm management to purchase and establish a farm in Alberta.
